'It is the healthy snack for baby made of urad dhal Ingredients :- 1. Urad dhal - 1/2 cup 2. Milk (cow) - 1cup 3. Sugar - 11/2 tsp 4. elachi - 2 5. Oil - to fry Method:- 1.Soak urad dhal overnight 2. Grind it into thick paste and add a pinch of salt. 3. Take a vessel and boil the milk. Add elachi and sugar to the milk. 4. Take a kadai and add oil and heat it up. 5. Take the urad dhal paste into small balls and add to the oil and fry them to golden brown. 6. Now add the fried balls into the boiled milk and soak them for 3 min. 7. The healthy recipe is ready.'
